Overview:

Wealth Way is a saving plan introduced by UBS, that helps customers to explore and pursue financial goals in both the short term and long term, such as improving their lifestyle or giving to other family members.

The challenge

The challenge is to provide an easy way for the clients to understand the Wealth Way concept and guide them to set up financial goals to maximize their investment. In addition, prevent information overload by filtering out unnecessary information on the website so that we can fill in the remaining information on the mobile screen. We must avoid burdening users with too much content such as heavy descriptions, long forms, etc.

What if Analysis Tool gives the user a general idea of the income goal analysis.

Main experience

We have designed an experience that reduces the heavy amount of numbers or data by replacing them with data visualization charts, or graphs. Users can use our design to access their plan information, make changes to the plan details, or create a new life event. Users can also request to meet their financial advisor by email, phone, or voice call.

Virtual Assistant

We have created a virtual assistant to help users who have trouble interacting with the design. The user can ask the virtual financial assistant for anything, from accessing personal information to creating a new goal. The virtual assistant can also be used by manually inputting the information and allowing voice input.
